This newsletter is a celebration of the giving that you, the Keyes Family, have so generously done over the past quarter.

Keyes Gives Back with CARE School Partnership

CARE School provides a nurturing learning environment to children primarily from Miami's Overtown community at no cost to the families of the students. Several Keyes Associates maintain active involvement with the school, and this summer, the Miami offices participated in a school supplies drive. On the first day of the new school year, a handful of Keyes Associates delivered the collected materials to CARE School and passed them out to the students.

Marty Steinberger, president of the CARE Board of Directors, commented, "The generosity of Keyes' Realtors in providing supplies again this year means so much to the families of our students. For each student to be able to start the year with necessary items is deeply appreciated...It was very special to have Tim & Jason Pappas, Frank DeValdivielso, Rene Beal, and Linda Chin with us on opening day to distribute the bags to the students. The smiling faces as they received their bags spoke volumes of the impact of your generosity."

Our partnership with CARE School is ongoing. If you have questions or need information,

Port St. Lucie Gathers Supplies for Homeless Students

By Deborah Shockley, District Sales Manager - Keyes Port St. Lucie

Our office recently learned that there are over 1,800 homeless students in the Port St. Lucie area. We participated in the RAPB + GFLR's Treasure Coast Community Outreach Events Committee's initiative to gather supplies and clothing for these kids so that they could focus more on their education.

Lisa Crovato & Sonny Solomon covered the costs of a storage unit for a year and we more than filled our donations box. A special thanks should go to Carolyn Niemczyk & Rene Smith for helping spearhead the efforts in our office.

Deborah Shockley, Carolyn Niemczyk, & Rene Smith show off our full donations box and the donation to cover the storage unit.

Keyes Broward Delivers for Dickens Sanomi Academy

Keyes partnered with Dickens Sanomi Academy, an exceptional school in Broward County working with students who need the opportunity to learn in a smaller classroom setting. In a traditional school, these children would often be disregarded. At Dickens Sanomi, they are given the chance to thrive.

Our Broward offices collected supplies throughout the summer, and on the first day of school our incredible management team stopped by to deliver them to the students!

Keyes Palm Beach Thanks Our Teachers

Keyes Palm Beach teamed up with the Young Professionals Network and Southern Community Outreach Taskforce in performing a random act of kindness to benefit the Palm Beach County Education Foundation's Red Apple Supplies Store.

The store provides public school teachers with free supplies for students who need them the most. In total, we contributed 7 boxes of school supplies that will help 50 in-need children throughout Palm Beach County.
